Plant Hire and Civil Engineering Contractors

 Environmental

Working jointly with the companies Landscape Architects and the Environmental Agency we have restored previous mineral workings to arable land, nature reserves, a water sports centre and football pitches for a Premier division club.

About Us

Drotlor Plant was founded in 1972 by its current owner Brendon O`Reilly.
From its humble beginnings when Brendon`s only items of plant were a Drott and Lorry (hence the name) the company has flourished into one of the Midlands largest in operated heavy plant.
Its current plant holding comprises both of Volvo A25 and A35 articulated dump trucks, Caterpillar D6 standard and L.G.P dozers, D8 and D9 dozers/rippers, Caterpillar Graders, a variety of compaction equipment , water bowsers, mobile fuel bowsers and bunded static fuel bowsers. We have now invested in two Trimble GPS Guided Caterpillar D6 Machines.

Company Statement

Drotlor Plant is a Civil Engineering Contractor, specialising in all aspects of earthmoving. We concentrate all our efforts in completing the work in the most efficient manner possible, without compromising the high standards of quality and service that we set ourselves and whilst maintaining good safety procedures.  This is acheived by the continuing investment in new plant machinery, together with the ongoing assesment  and training of both our staff and operatives.
